Join Our Volunteer Team at SOTN
Since 1997, Seniors On The Net (SOTN) has been helping older adults stay connected, confident, and safe online. Founded on the spirit of “Seniors help seniors,” SOTN has grown into a welcoming community where seniors come together to share digital skills and friendship.
We are now inviting new volunteers to join our team. You don’t have to be over 50 to join us. Whether you are confident with technology and love teaching, or you enjoy meeting people and helping things run smoothly, we would love to have you!
Tutor
Do you have a good understanding of technology and enjoy sharing your knowledge?
Our tutors help seniors learn digital skills at their own pace, from using smartphones and tablets to sending emails, browsing the web, and staying safe online.
You don’t need to know everything, just teach what you feel most confident about.
Receptionist
Our receptionists are the friendly faces who welcome members to our sessions.
If you are organised, approachable, and enjoy connecting with people, this role is perfect for you. You’ll assist with sign-ins, answer questions, and help ensure our sessions run smoothly.
